Registration desks
Registration desks will be organized by first name and divided into tables,if you have not done your payment yet you should look for the Payment table.
Registration hours and places:
Centro Cultural Vila Flôr (CCVF):
· Tuesday (July 8th) from 8:30 – 11:00 am
Centro Formação Pós-Graduada (CFPG):
· Monday (July 7th) from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m.
· Tuesday (July 8th) from 2:00 pm- until end of conference
Registration
During registration you will be given lunch tickets forthe days of the conference. Lunch will consist of sandwiches and one drink perperson. Please inform the registration desk if you have any food allergies.Vegetarian sandwiches will be provided. You will also receive tickets for theicebreaker reception on Tuesday (July 8th), the concert on Wednesday,and the Porto de Honra on Friday. Youmay request tickets for your accompanying person for the events on Tuesday andWednesday.
Poster sessions:
Poster presentations will be at CCVF – small Auditorium from 11:00 to 12:30 am on Friday (11th). Posters will be displayed afterwards at Instituto Design for the duration of the conference.
Book of Abstracts
If you are interested in obtaining a Book of Abstracts in paper, you canbuy it at the Registration Desk. The cost is 20 euros.
